How We Charge

• Our prices include delivery fee, removal fee, rental and disposal fees (up to a certain tonnage on each bin).
• Bins have up to a 7-day rental period. Additional days are $25.00 per day.  If your dumpster is emptied and returned during the 7-day rental period your rental time is renewed for another 7 days.
• Additional charges may apply for damages, overweight boxes, contamination, overloaded boxes, truck tires, passenger tires, relocation of a box, additional days, dry run charges, mattresses.

Unacceptable Materials

• Wet garbage (kitchen waste)
• Medical waste
• Hazardous Materials (paint, oil, chemicals, etc.)
• Dirt or Concrete (Must use concrete or dirt box)
• Carpet (cannot exceed 25% of load)
• Sheetrock (cannot exceed 25% of load)
• Tree Trunks (cannot exceed 6 inches in diameter and 5 feet in length, must use 10 cubic yard box)

Do Not Overload Debris Box

Contents of the box must not exceed the rim.  Our drivers must tarp all loads before transportation.  If any material is above the dumpster or cannot be safely covered we may have to cancel the order and there will be a dry run fee charge.

Dry Run Charge

Do not block the container the day of pick-up and please allow enough room for a safe pick-up. If the pick-up date of your debris box needs to change, you must call our office 24 hours before scheduled pick-up date during business hours. If driver tries to pick-up box and is not able to due to a schedule change or if blocked, a Dry Run fee will be charged.

Damage to Pavement

Customer takes full responsibility for any damage that may be caused to driveways, asphalt, lawns, sidewalks, etc. We recommend placing plywood down in the area the box will be placed, we do not provide plywood.  We do not recommend placement of our dumpsters on pavers, brick, stained or stamped driveways.

Use of Equipment

The debris box that we furnish will remain property of Jobsite Dumpsters. Customer responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your handling of our box, except for normal wear and tear. Customer will not move or alter the debris box and will take reasonable precautions to prevent others from doing the same. Customer will use the debris box only for its intended purpose.
